Refund Policy

At miniEcho we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We therefore recommend you read our Refund Policy prior to you making a purchase from miniEcho, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We also recommend you to check that correct amount of payment and Echo Points have been processed after going through the PayPal payment gate. If you do not receive Echo Points immediately, please allow up to 60 minutes as PayPal’s transaction system may have delays.

About Our Refund Policy

This is the Refund Policy of miniEcho, and applies where you make purchases online from www.miniecho.com.

Refunds

All businesses operating under Australian Law must provide 14 days of refund window. However, to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services, you may apply for a refund at any time for any reason. Refunds will be given in original currency, processed by PayPal and will be processed within 3~7 business days. However, any fees that incur during the refund process will be deducted from total refunded amount. Refunds will only be issued on remaining amounts of Echo Points (“EP”), calculated according to the table at the bottom of this Refund Policy.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be made via Support ticket system, and must include:

Amount of EP to refund
PayPal Transaction ID
PayPal email address (MUST MATCH MINIECHO’S ACCOUNT EMAIL)

After checking your ticket, we will issue the PayPal refund immediately.

If it’s been more than 60 days since transaction, we will not be able to use PayPal’s Refund feature, therefore we will issue the refund via PayPal’s Send Money feature.

Up to 90,000	USD 1/450 per EP
Up to 185,400	USD 2/927 per EP
Up to 378,000 and over	USD 2/945 per EP

* To represent accurate amount of refunds, we’re using fractions

Fees that incur during the refund process will be deducted from total refunded amount.
Refunds are calculated based on requested amount of EP for refund.
Discounted EP purchases will be calculated at the rate of discounted price.
